What I See

Welcome to Heather Marie Photography, LLC. I appreciate you taking your time to check out my website. I have had a passion for photography for over two decades. I love to take pictures in nature: getting close-up shots of flowers, birds, trees, clouds, sunrises, sunsets, etc. Capturing God's beauty in the world He created brings me so much joy. When I see sun rays coming through dark clouds, I worship the Lord. When I see the details and uniqueness of different flowers, I worship the Lord. When I see an intricate and skillfully crafted spider web with a beautiful design, or a bird's nest made sturdy enough to hold breakable eggs, with delicate baby birds about to experience life, I worship the Lord. When the sun comes out and it has been raining or storming, I look for a rainbow and remember God's promise, and I worship the Lord. When I see these things in nature and take pictures of them, I thank the Lord. His fingerprints are everywhere, on everything He has created, in nature and people. We all see the world through our own perspective, through our viewpoint, through the lens of what we believe. What I see when I look through my lens is the faithfulness and love of my Creator who is personally holding everything together in a beautiful way.
